Welcome to Limitless Woodworking. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (limitlesswoodworking.com) and the purchase of our handcrafted products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Custom Craftsmanship & Natural Variations

• Natural Materials: Every item is handmade using organic wood. You acknowledge that wood features natural variations in grain, knots, and texture. These are not considered defects but are the unique characteristics of a custom-built piece.
• Color Accuracy: We strive to display our stains accurately. However, the appearance of colors varies significantly based on your monitor settings and the lighting (Kelvin temperature) in your home.
• Due Diligence: We offer a Wood & Stain Guide and physical samples. Customers who choose to order without seeing a physical sample accept the risk of color variation.

2. Ordering & Payment

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Order Changes: Since we begin sourcing materials and prepping wood shortly after an order is placed, changes to dimensions or stain choice must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Lead Times: All lead times provided are estimates. Woodworking is a meticulous process; while we aim for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by material shortages or shipping carrier issues.
• Shipping Damage: You must inspect your delivery immediately. Any damage caused by the carrier must be reported to alyssa@limitlesswoodworking.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and the product.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom Orders: Because our vanities and furniture are built to your specific dimensions and stain choice, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or because a color looks different in your specific lighting.
• Defects: If there is a structural defect in the craftsmanship, we will work with you to repair or replace the item at our discretion.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Installation: Limitless Woodworking is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation of vanities or furniture. We recommend professional installation for all plumbing-related items.
• Wood Movement: Wood “breathes” and may expand or contract slightly with changes in humidity. This is a natural process and not a sign of defective materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Limitless Woodworking, based in Elwood, IN, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Indiana.
