Policies:
- No Refunds: We stand by our products and craftsmanship. We do not offer refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances and placed your order within 48 hours, you can cancel your order for a 10% cancellation fee. After 48 hours, cancellations are not possible as production has already begun.
- Warranty: We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all drawer boxes for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, spills, abuse, misuse, neglect, or alterations.
