We work extremely hard to put out perfect pieces each and every time. When your order is picked up by the shipper, you will be contacted via phone to schedule your delivery date/time. We are so sorry that our timelines aren’t aligning. We have had customers buy cheap-o retail stores clearance/cheap vanities and install them while they wait for their custom piece to come. Then, they re-sell the cheap-o vanity on a selling site to recoup their money.
We do not sell stone countertops or sinks. We do offer the option to add-on a solid wood matching countertop. If you like the look, they work really well and are so beautiful (and affordable)! We do not offer stone or concrete tops (or sinks) at this time; as they are so heavy and fragile to ship. If you choose to opt for a stone or concrete top, you would source those locally from a countertop company and they would fabricate them for you. They would install this for you on-site, as well as your sinks. About half of our customers choose this option and I am told it is a very easy and painless process.

Our standard is soft close doors and regular ball bearing slides on the drawers. You can upgrade to soft close drawer slides for $35/drawer.
We use private shippers that offer a white glove service to our customers. They will pick up your order and schedule their route across the country. Once their route is determined, they will contact you directly to coordinate a delivery date/time. Depending on the size of your order, you may need extra help at the time of delivery. The shipper will be there to assist you getting the piece into your home and in it’s space but you may need to have extra help as these pieces are very heavy and very high quality.
We VERY rarely ever see this happen but if it does, the shipper will hire a woodworking specialist to you to fix the cabinet. If that is not an option, the shipper will bring your piece back to us and we will fix it and re-deliver it back to you. We will do whatever we can to make sure everything looks as perfect as it did when it left the shop. You are in great hands!
We stand by our products and our craftsmanship. We do not offer refunds. If you have extenuating circumstances and you placed your order within 15 days, you can cancel your order for a 10% cancellation fee. Past the 15 days, cancelling is not an option, as production has already begun.
We sell on our website, email/phone, Mercantile 37, Facebook, Instagram and Etsy. As you may have noticed, our shop offerings on Etsy have changed. Etsy’s policy requires a 10 week lead time, so we have temporarily deactivated some of the custom listings in our shop while we work hard to get our production lead time down. On Etsy, while we lower our production lead time, we are only offering a few select designs. You can place all custom orders via any other avenue.
